Energy Post

Energy Post is a new open-access, fully free platform for all those who are involved in energy policy and strategy in Europe. Founded by two seasoned European energy journalists – Karel Beckman, winner of the 2010 Award for Excellence in Journalism from the International Association of Energy Economists (IAEE), and Brussels-based reporter Sonja van Renssen – Energy Post will provide: -reliable, in-depth reporting about the important events, developments, and trends in the European and international energy sector; and -a platform for leading energy thinkers and anyone else involved in the European energy market to debate and exchange ideas. Energy Post is fully independent. It is open to all reasonable viewpoints. Our mission is to report fairly and freely: we believe energy is too important a subject to be left to special interests.

EUobserver was founded in August 2000 and over the last thirteen years has become the leading online news service covering EU affairs. As an independent, not-for-profit organization, the focus is on providing EU citizens with balanced, factual, quality news and on raising awareness on key EU issues through high-level conferences.

As the leading source of news and analysis on key EU policies, laws and institutions, European Voice informs business leaders, policymakers and all those who have a stake in EU decisions. Our reporters cut through the complexity. They bridge the gap between technical minutiae and the big political picture. These values infuse our flagship weekly newspaper, our daily digital briefings and our live events.
European Voice published on July 11th a special report on Europe's energy markets. Despite rising energy prices, the EU has failed to integrate its infrastructure and its markets. Can the EU overcome member states' national and regional priorities? Find out more about it. Click here
