Who is EREC?

The European Renewable Energy Council (EREC) is the united voice of the European renewable energy sector encompassing all major industry, trade and research associations active in the field of photovoltaics, small hydropower, solar thermal, bioenergy, geothermal, solar thermal electricity, wind and ocean energy.

EREC now has 11 members, which in turn, comprise globally active companies within their membership. EREC represents an industry with an annual economic activity of more than €130 billlion employing more than 1 million people.
